Roland 之MIDI 鋼琴音色經過FFT 之拉長處理,再進一步透過各式各樣的濾波功能,特別是高通濾波(High-Pass Filter)技術的應用,產生一種高頻率、近似噪音之流動氣聲。 一些鋼琴高音則透過「粒狀合成」達成許多的高頻鋼琴顆粒效果,本曲其他的技術應用還包括了速度改變(speed change)與聲波倒轉(Reversal)。
創造一種新的姿態表情或「身份」。 將聲音的姿態表情經過「漂白」(whitewas),產生另一個新的「身份」,而這個新的「身份」在全曲演進過程中不斷地變形發展,甚至產生不同「身份」之間的交互作用,這些演變與發展是音樂的焦點5 (Wyatt,1998)

The work shows its influences from those so-called“texture music”in 1960’s by such composers as Ligeti, Penderecki and others (though their work might be influenced by electronic music or musique concrete, as well.); The individual voice(sound) has less its importance, but contributes the formation of texture. The work consists of several textures different in thickness,width,continuum, which are juxtaposed together to create the form.
This composition also reflects composer’s interests in two aspects: (1) exploring the possible transformation of certain sound sources ,(2)“organizing”(in Varese’s word)and shaping the processed sounds to create an artistic work.
The source recordings were manipulated and transformed by using Csound, SoundHack, Metasynth, and Hyperprism software. The work was mixed using ProtTools software at the Computer Music Studio at National Taipei Teachers College in 2003
